Mr. Sanders is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Illinois. Since serving as a municipal prosecutor for the City of Chicago, he has represented clients in settlements, trials and appeals in civil cases including personal injury actions, employment cases for victims of wrongful termination, whistleblower and sexual harassment cases, civil rights, illegal discrimination cases, and clergy misconduct.

In 2007, he won a verdict of $640,000 for a woman who suffered a broken wrist, assisted Mr. Eichen in a products liability trial against Ford Motor Company which resulted in a verdict of over $10.6 million dollars for an individual who suffered an injured arm and tried an illegal police shooting case with Mr. Crutchlow which resulted in a verdict of over $2 million dollars.

Jack graduated from Rutgers University in 1998 and Loyola University School of Law in 2001.

Along with Mr. Levinson, he is a barrister of the American Inns of Court, an organization designed to improve the legal skills, professionalism and ethics of the bench and bar.
