BARRY R. EICHEN

Mr. Eichen graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1986. He was a prosecutor and then opened his own law practice in 1987. Mr. Eichen is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney. In April of 2007, Mr. Eichen obtained a verdict against Ford Motor Company for a defective throttle body which resulted in a brachial plexis injury to the right arm of the plaintiff. After a 4 week trial, the jury awarded plaintiff $10,626,479.89. In August of 2005, Mr. Eichen obtained a $19.2 million verdict on behalf of a railroad worker who was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis as a result of various railroads' failure to provide adequate respiratory protection. This was one of the largest FELA verdicts in the Country for pulmonary fibrosis. Mr. Eichen has also sat as a member of the Plaintiff's Steering Committee for Phen-Fen and Rezulin Drug Litigation, as well as recently settling a Consumer Fraud Class Action against an automobile dealership for overcharging customers documentary fees. He has served as a prosecutor for various townships and has tried over 100 complex cases. His areas of practice include products liability, Federal Employee Liability Act cases (FELA), medical malpractice, employment discrimination, consumer fraud class actions and other litigation matters. Mr. Eichen has also served on the Board of Governors for ATLA-NJ and has taught seminars at the request of ATLA.

WILLIAM O. CRUTCHLOW

Mr. Crutchlow is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney. He is a 1993 graduate of the Seton Hall University School of Law. He is licensed to practice before all New Jersey Courts, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit. His practice focus is on medical malpractice, product liability and serious personal injury matters. He has secured several multimillion dollar recoveries for his clients. He is a member of the Supreme Court of New Jersey District X Ethics Committee. Mr. Crutchlow has lectured on various topics to trial lawyers, doctors, nurses and local groups. He is a member of the American Association for Justice. ATLA-NJ, TANJ and various state and local bar associations.

WILLIAM D. LEVINSON

Mr. Levinson is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney. In addition to working as one of our personal injury attorneys, Attorney Levinson is also licensed to practice law in New York, Pennsylvania and The District of Columbia. He is a Bencher Instructor of Law in the Inns of Court, a member of the Board of Governors ATLA, New Jersey , and the past President of the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers’ Association. He graduated from Wesleyan University magna cum laude with High Honors and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He graduated from Northwestern University School of Law in 1984. Mr. Levinson is a lecturer and author in continuing legal education. He is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Cerebral Palsy Association of Middlesex County.

ED McELROY

Mr. McElroy is a civil trial attorney admitted to practice law in New Jersey. He graduated from Rutgers University, Magna Cum Laude with High Honors. He was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. McElroy was awarded his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1994. Thereafter he served a judicial clerkship in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Mr. McElroy has successfully handled numerous civil cases including serious personal injury actions, complex construction defect claims as well as having an intricate knowledge of insurance coverage issues. Mr. McElroy has successfully argued before the Appellate Division. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Essex County Bar Association.

Christian R. Mastondrea

Mr. Mastondrea is a civil trial attorney admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York. He graduated from Elmira College, summa cum laude, in 1994 and was elected as a member in course to Phi Beta Kappa. He received his law degree from the College of William and Mary School of Law in 1997 where he was selected for the National Trial and Moot Court Teams. Mr. Mastondrea earned an LL.M. in European Union Law and Policy from the University of Edinburgh in 1998. Before becoming a plaintiff’s attorney, Mr. Mastondrea spent seven years focusing on the defense of complex civil matters with a special emphasis on complex medical malpractice cases. He has vast experience handling serious obstetrical malpractice, wrongful death and traumatic brain injury matters. He has successfully represented plaintiffs, doctors, nurses and a number of large hospitals and health care systems in all aspects of litigation. He also has experience in successfully handling both plaintiff and defense auto negligence, slip and fall, commercial and municipal cases. Additionally, Mr. Mastondrea has significant appellate experience and is a member of ATLA.

JOHN H. SANDERS II

Mr. Sanders is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney.  He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Illinois. Since serving as a municipal prosecutor for the City of Chicago, he has represented clients in settlements, trials and appeals in civil cases including personal injury actions, employment cases for victims of wrongful termination, whistleblower and sexual harassment cases, civil rights, illegal discrimination cases, and clergy misconduct. In 2007, he won a verdict of $640,000 for a woman who suffered a broken wrist, assisted Mr. Eichen in a products liability trial against Ford Motor Company which resulted in a verdict of over $10.6 million dollars for an individual who suffered an injured arm and tried an illegal police shooting case with Mr. Crutchlow which resulted in a verdict of over $2 million dollars. Jack graduated from Rutgers University in 1998 and Loyola University School of Law in 2001.  Along with Mr. Levinson, he is a barrister of the American Inns of Court, an organization designed to improve the legal skills, professionalism and ethics of the bench and bar.

KHALID A. ELHASSAN

Mr. Elhassan serves as a paralegal who concentrates as a specialist in complex class action litigation. He is admitted to practice law in Virginia and the District of Columbia. He graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2000. Thereafter, he worked on consumer protection at the Center for Study of Responsive Law in Washington, DC. He was awarded the prestigious Jack H. Olender Fellowship at the Trial Lawyers for Public Justice where he gained intricate knowledge of consumer class actions. Mr. Elhassan has been involved in precedent-setting cases that strengthened the law of consumer protection for jurisdictions across the country. Mr. Elhassan is a member of Trial Lawyers for Public Justice, ATLA, and the National Association of Consumer Attorneys.
